1. About PanelAce

PanelAce is a paid research study matching service operated by Napari Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a New York limited liability company. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you (“you” or “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PanelAce aggregates publicly available paid research study listings and matches them to members based on their profile. We are a discovery and matching platform — we do not operate, sponsor, or administer any research study. Acceptance into any study is determined solely by the research company running that study.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use PanelAce. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Membership and billing

PanelAce offers paid membership plans. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Weekly plan: billed every 7 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
• 6-Month plan: billed every 6 months. Renews automatically unless cancelled.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time of your purchase or renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to PanelAce until then.

5. Refund policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Access to study listings, match results, and AI Insider Tips is granted immediately upon payment — by proceeding you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and waive any right to a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will review your case.

6. No guarantee of acceptance

PanelAce helps you discover and apply to paid research studies. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted into, qualify for, or receive payment from any study. Acceptance decisions are made entirely by the research companies and sponsors who run each study, based on their own screening criteria.

Earnings mentioned in our marketing materials (including testimonials and case studies) reflect individual member experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. Your results will vary based on your profile, the studies available at any given time, and the decisions of research sponsors.

7. External sites

Study listings on PanelAce link to third-party researcher websites where you register directly. These external sites have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. PanelAce is not responsible for any third-party site, its content, or the way it handles your data. You interact with external study platforms at your own risk.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Provide false or misleading profile information
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from PanelAce
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce PanelAce's matching algorithm or AI tips
• Use PanelAce for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on PanelAce — including the matching algorithm, AI tips, design, text, and code — is owned by Napari Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of PanelAce without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napari Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PanelAce or your participation in any research study. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

PanelAce is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that study listings will always be current or accurate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by notice on the site. Continued use of PanelAce after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
